The broochs image shows "Unterwassertanz im Brautkleid" [Underwater dance in the wedding dress] from the "Wasserfest" [Water festival] cycle. Seventy-five examples of the brooch have been cast in glycerin soap scented with Shalimar perfume. Edition accompanying exhibitions with underwater portraits by Irene Andessner in Graz (Museum der Wahrnehmung [Museum of Perception]) and Berlin (Podewil). There is a 25 meter long "Wasserfest" wall screen in the Oberösterreichischen Landesnervenklinik Wagner-Jauregg, Linz, [Wagner-Jauregg Upper Austria Provincial Nerve Clinic, Linz] where the underwater portraits show an allegory of the patients "broken" relationship to reality and express their depth of feeling - the "depths" of the human soul.
